Have you ever worked on a team where collaborating felt just as hard as the work that you were trying to complete? Our customer’s needs and our work environment are constantly adapting. This means the way our team works together must adapt just as fast as those needs evolve.
Overcooked 2 is a team-based video game where your goal is to serve orders to customers as they request them. You’re forced to work as a team under strict time limits in order to best meet customer demand.
Using recordings from this game, David will help the group explore different team dynamics and discuss how common ideas with good intentions can regularly slow things down and make working together frustrating as well as produce subpar results for our customers.
